AVR Encounters (AVRE) is a supplemental addon to AVR.  This addon uses AVR to dynamically show mechanics in boss encounters, such as danger spots not to stand in (Big Ooze explosion debris in the Rotface encounter) as well as player radius circles (to spread out for the Empowered Shock Vortex in the Blood Princes encounter).

You must have AVR installed for AVRE to work.

AVR is an addon that allows the sharing of "scene images" in order to draw markings and symbols on the ground.  This comes in handy when raid planning, as we can visually show positions and regions on the ground in order to plan a boss encounter.

We also ask that while it may be fun to create scenes with AVR, please do not share them without asking the recipients, as it causes screen clutter, and every recipient has to dig into their AVR settings to remove the unnecessary scenes.

Deadly Boss Mods will show timers and warnings for boss fights.  These warnings will help you plan the battle accordingly.  It can also show battleground status, such as estimated time left in the BG.

Important:  If you are upgrading from a previous version (before 4.0), please delete the old DBM_* folders, as this version has a new folder structure.

Omen is a threat meter add-on for WoW.  It will display everyone's threat, and show you where you are on the list.  Other players don't need to have Omen installed for you to see their threat.

Recount is a set of meters to be used to gauge your individual performance and your relative performance to others in a raid.  Just remember, if you're using Recount, the goal is to kill bosses, not win at the "meters game".

Ventrilo is a voice chat application used outside of WoW.  It provides better sound quality than in-game voice chat, and will also let you notify team members when you've disconnected from the game server and are unable to come back in.
