Raid Rank 1 Requirements:

Gear: No gear less then item level 346, verified by inspection.
Guild Rep: Must be Honored with the guild
Must be able to hold competitive DPS within the raid group, must be able to beat the average raiding DPS for the current content objectives.

• ONLY your main toon can be RR1.
• This will be the character you can bring to ALL progression level raiding (new content that we do together).
• Alts – please note at this time only main toons are being considered for rank. This may change as we move into the expansion
• Dedicated to the trials of progression raiding, keeping tolerance for learning and stalls in progression. Patience is valued.
• EVERYTHING under the Rank 2 Requirements

• A combination of meters / performance evaluation and Raiding performance must be applied.
• HEALERS Looking for:
  • Do you carry your fair share of healing done?
  • Raid awareness ( we don't need to tell you to get out of the fire ever)
  • Can you handle your assignment or do other healers have to compensate?
  • Can you keep yourself alive in expected situations?
  • Mana management, controlling your heals efficiently using regens/pots and requesting assistance before oom.
  • For this reason ranking may be delayed while review occurs.
• Tanks
  • Much like healers can be difficult to review and must be finalized with a performance demonstration.
  • A player will be asked to MT to demonstrate their awareness of an encounter and ability to handle the situation.
  • Must be able to contribute to their own survival and maintain control of an encounter within the variables of their control.
  • Ranking of tanks may be delayed during review.
  • Must be able to attend the majority of weekly guild runs

• Absolutely NO loot drama.

Raid Rank 2 Requirements:

Gear: No gear less then item level 333, verified by inspection (Exceptions will be made for Bracers and Wands for the time being, due to lack of availability)
Guild Rep: Must be Friendly with the guild
Must be able to hold competitive DPS within the raid group, must be able to meet the average raiding DPS for the current content objectives.

• Must have addons: Mumble, Deadly Boss Mods, Omen (may be requested to obtain a class specific addon such as Decursive).
• Has raiding experience and characteristics becoming of a raider:
• Is consistently well stocked with supplies. Food / Reagents / Flasks or Elixirs.
• Regroups quickly after wipes.
• Is on time (15mins before scheduled start time).
• Uses limited AFK during raids (trash pulls for quick bios and designated breaks).
• Returns from breaks promptly.
• Shows a display awareness of one’s role in the raid and their surroundings. (i.e. We don’t have to yell at you to get out of the fire.)
• Understanding of self-survival/situational awareness in a raid (threat management, defensive cool downs, positioning). A willingness to research raid encounters on your own!
• The ability to follow instructions given by the raid leader.
• The ability to stay focused on the task at hand.
• Does not dominate voice chat to the distraction of other raiders.
• Must be completely and properly gemmed and enchanted. (We have lots of JCers and Chanters in guild, many who can help you for free - especially when you have mats.)
• Can generate a raiding income for themselves. (We all have to farm sometimes.)
• Talent builds appropriate for raiding, and has the ability to discuss talent choices.
• Gear appropriate for raiding, and has the ability to discuss gearing choices if necessary. Understanding of what gear is appropriate for your class/spec/role. Think about what is gear is good for the raid beyond what is good for you as a player.
• Healers: Mana management, effective heals on target
• Tanks: Threat control, aggro management, managing survival
• Has a Blizzard Authenticator attached to their Battle.Net account.
• Absolutely NO loot drama.

How you can lose your rank:

• Failure to meet the above requirements.
• No longer playing on a regular basis
• Causing or creating drama
