What druid-specific macros do you use on your druids?

A nifty one I just found out about today is to change form to your current form.  For example, a bear could "/cast Bear Form" (or something like that) to change from a bear to a bear.  How is this handy?  Well, changing forms, even to the same form, gets you out of root and snare effects.  Think of it as a free Every Man For Himself.  Mind you, the caster forms will take a mana hit when they do this.
