yeah ... from all the pally info site i checked , this is the go-to flask for holy pally. The downside is that mats are a pain to farm ( well Black Lotus at least since they are not a "chance" loot from any herbs but actually a rare herb spawn in Vanilla WoW). Better get a Elixir Master to make those ( they can proc on flask )
