Mumble version 1.2.3 has been released, and can be found here.

If you're upgrading from 1.2.2, first backup your Certificate (Configure -> Certificate Wizard -> Export Current Certificate) so that you have it available to reconnect to the Gypsies Mumble server as yourself. Then install the new client, and re-install the Certificate into the new client if necessary.
